<Un pays qui investit dans sa jeunesse croit en son avenir>. Nous sommes à Changchun, petite ville du nord -est de la chine, petite en la comparant aux grandes agglomérations qui sont Shanghai, Beijing ou guangzhou.
Je viens d’y faire une petit constat frappant: en prenant le bus pour quittant le campus du sud de Jilin university pour celui des télécommunications où j’habite, j’ai constaté qu’entre deux arrêts de bus consécutifs, il y a une université ! Voilà donc une ville où à chaque un kilomètre il y a une université !
Et que dire donc de toute la chine ?
D’aucun dira que cela est normal vu sa population (1,3milliards d’âme) mais un calcul fait rapidement par rapport à mon pays, la RDC, qui n’a que 3 universités pour ses 60 millions d’habitants, la chine entière devrait disposer seulement de 65 universités !
une interpellation à tous les animateurs de la vie publique de nos pays .Dans la plupart des pays africains,la situation n'y est pas aussi brillante.

I have just made a small striking report: by taking the bus for leaving the south campus of Jilin University for that of telecommunications where I live, I noted that between two stoppings of successive buses, there is a university! Here is therefore a city where in each one kilometer there is a university!

ina?
ina? many people will say that it is normal seen its population (1,3milliards of persons) but a counting makes fast in comparison with my country, RDC, which has only 3 universities for its a 60 million inhabitants, the whole China should have 65 universities only!
An interpellation to all the organizers of the public life of our countries. In the most part of the African countries, situation is not there also bright.

Notre pays n a pas seulement trois universites,actuellement presque chaque egion a au moins une universite et la je ne compte pas les instituts superieurs.
